Spencer Kryczka is the Founder and CEO of Metrik Connect Solutions. A Princeton University graduate, Spencer is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and providing innovative, robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to partner organizations.

An established leader in IAM, Spencer launched Metrik Connect Solutions after pursuing increasingly leadership-oriented roles in IAM software implementation. Now, at the helm of his consultancy group, Spencer leads a team of proficient security professionals who work closely with client organizations to assist them in scaling up their corporate identity and access management security solutions.

Spencer completed a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering while balancing academics and athletics, playing Division 1 hockey for the Princeton Tigers. It was his minor in Robotics and Intelligent Systems that led Spencer to pursue a career in cybersecurity, and Identity and Access Management solutions. His academic journey laid a solid foundation for his work providing leadership and technical solutions that solve today's biggest enterprise cybersecurity issues.

Spencer and his team specialize in securing users' identities, whether in the cloud or on-premise, catering to organizations of all sizes. The tailored solutions and personalized, one-on-one, dedicated support Spencer and his team offer their clients are what truly sets them apart.

Harrison Kryczka is a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer and certified Okta consultant with a notable career in cloud cybersecurity. A graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Science, Harrison brings a robust yet grounded academic foundation to the forefront of Metrik Connect Solutions' end-to-end services. 

With an extensive background in IAM, Harrison is known for his personalized work and customer dedication as a consultant implementing secure access solutions. His proficiency in Okta technologies has not only earned him certification, but positioned him as a sought-after consultant for organizations navigating the complexities of cloud security. 

Harrison is an avid team player, with communication and teamwork skills honed on many rugby and Aussie Rules sports fields. His humour, commitment to service, knowledge, and interpersonal skills - combined with his hands-on experience and client-centered approach - ensure a positive experience for organizations and IT professionals in implementing cutting-edge solutions in the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity. 

Derek Topatigh is a certified Okta Consultant and Identity and Access Management specialist with a distinctive path into the world of cybersecurity. A graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Finance, Derek blends strategic thinking with technical expertise to help organizations drive real business outcomes through modern identity solutions.

Before transitioning into cybersecurity, Derek spent several years playing professional hockey across North America and Europe, building on a leadership foundation established as captain of Princeton’s Division 1 hockey team. This competitive background has shaped his approach to client engagement, bringing a focus on collaboration, resilience, and goal-oriented execution.
